Early detection for cancer diseases centers

The main objectives of the Early detection for cancer diseases

as well as other cancer prevention centers with which we are engaged, are to enhance the understanding of basic molecular and cellular mechanisms of tumor growth and metastasis, and develop novel approaches for the prevention and treatment of cancer. One major goal is to increase public awareness as to the importance of prevention and early detection.

The results in the first 1,500 subjects are fascinating and very encouraging. In 9.3% of these healthy subjects a benign or malignant tumor was found. Cancer was prevented or diagnosed in an early stage that does not need any further therapy.

Moreover, the health of a significant number of subjects was improved following successful life style modifications (quitting smoking, engagement in regular physical activity and eating well).

Gastroenterology and hepatology

Gastroenterology:
Gastroenterology deals with abnormalities of the digestive system and the liver. This is one of the most advanced fields of medicine, due to high incidence of diseases of this type. Breast surgery:

Treatment of secondary liver tumors (metastases) of various origins – excision with possible intraoperative therapy (radiofrequency, chemotherapy) and the appropriate post-operative treatment is known to prolong survival and improve quality of life for advanced cancer patients. Gynecology, obstetrics and infertility
